Cooking Method:

1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and black pepper.
3. Grill in preheated grill for 40 minutes,turning occasionally (wings should be golden and crispy).
4. Meanwhile,heat olive oil in small saucepan.
5. Add minced ginger and saute for 2 minutes or until ginger is cooked through.
6. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook,stirring,for a further 2 minutes.
7. Remove grilled chicken wings from the grill.
8. Toss them well in spicy sauce.
9. Sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve.

• 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter,melted
• 3 slices bacon,chopped
• 1 carrot,peeled and chopped
• 1 stalk celery,chopped
• 1 yellow onion,peeled and sliced
• 1/2 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
• 2 1/2 cups (725 ml) beef stock
• 4 mushrooms,washed and sliced
• 1/2 cup (125 g) tomato paste
• 1 bouquet garni
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) sherry
• salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
