Cooking Method:

1. Pat dry pork chops with paper towel.
2. Season meat with salt and black pepper.
3. In a large nonstick skillet,teat oil over medium-high heat.Add seasoned pork chops and cook until browned,turning once.
4. Arrange browned pork chops in a single layer in slow cooker.
5. Top with sliced onions and mushrooms.
6. In a small mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients.Mix well and pour mixture over pork and vegetables.
7. Close slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours,or until pork is tender.
8. Remove cooked pork chops from slow cooker and transfer to serving platter.
