Slow cooker chicken curry.This delicious chicken recipe belongs to Indian cuisine. Chicken breasts with vegetables and spices cooked in slow cooker.

1. In a food processor,combine onion,green pepper,coconut milk,tomato paste,garlic, curry powder, garam masala and salt.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Arrange chicken breasts in slow cooker.Pour sauce over.
4. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 5 hours.
5.  One hour before you’re ready to eat,open slow cooker, mix the cornstarch with two tablespoons of water until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. Add to the curry and mix well.
6. Close slow cooker and cook for the remaining hour.

Ingredients: 

• 1 large yellow onion,peeled and diced
• 1 clove garlic,peeled and diced
• 1/2 tablespoon dry chive leaves
• water
• 1 cow food,washed and cut 
• 1 chili pepper
• salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Cut meat in to a deep bowl. 
2. Pour cold water over meat and allow to soak overnight.
3. In a pot,combine soaked meat and remaining ingredients,except chives and seasoning.
4. Cook over medium-high heat until meat is tender and extracted from the bones.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Sprinkle with dry chives and serve.
